All Board members are on the Architectural Committee
The Board consists of 2 to 11 members.
There are 4 officers(1)... President, Vice-President, Secretary, Teasurer.
A new Board and Officers are elected each term(2).
Board members do not have to be full time residents of Mogollon Estates.
Husband and wife can serve during the same term.
If a board Member leaves the Board, the Board can appoint a new member to complete the term.

Notes:
(1) A Board member cannot hold more than 2 officer positions.
(2) A term runs from the 1st Saturday in August of the current year to the 1st Saturday of the following year.
